Cookie and Local Storage Policy

The GLIDIVO website does not use user accounts, a shopping cart, online payment, advertising trackers or audience-analytics tools. It does not intentionally set first-party cookies for advertising, analytics or personalisation.

The language preference uses local storage. Cloudflare security services, when enabled, may use cookies or similar mechanisms to protect the site and its inquiry form. The office map is optional and connects only after you choose to load it.

A cookie is a small value a website asks a browser to store and return with later requests. Local storage is a separate browser feature that keeps a value on the device for use by site scripts and does not automatically attach that value to every network request.

This policy covers both technologies so that the website's actual preference storage and the optional third-party map are described together. Basic server access logs are not cookies or browser storage and are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

The website stores the selected interface language in local storage under the exact key “glidivo-language”. Its purpose is to keep the site in the chosen language across page visits. The value is functional and is not used by GLIDIVO to identify a visitor or build a browsing profile.

The enabled contact form uses Turnstile to assess automated activity and return a short-lived verification token. This website does not intentionally save that token in persistent browser storage. Cloudflare may process technical signals as described in the Privacy Policy.

When Cloudflare proxy protection or browser challenges are enabled, security cookies such as cf_clearance may be used depending on the active configuration. Their presence and lifetime depend on the configured service and challenge outcome. They are used for security, not GLIDIVO advertising. Blocking security scripts or required storage can prevent online inquiry submission.

The location section does not connect to Google Maps during its initial display. It shows a local notice and a load control. If you activate that control, the page embeds a Google map and your browser makes requests to Google.

After the map is loaded, Google may set or read cookies, local storage or other identifiers and may receive technical and interaction data under Google's own terms and privacy policy. The specific technologies can vary according to browser settings, location, Google configuration and whether the visitor is signed in to a Google service. GLIDIVO does not control those third-party storage operations.

Loading the map is not required to browse products, prepare an inquiry or view the written address. If you prefer not to connect to Google, do not activate the load control.

Most browsers let you inspect or delete cookies and site data, clear local storage, block third-party cookies or remove data when the browser closes. Controls and terminology vary by browser and device. Blocking or deleting “glidivo-language” affects only persistence of the language choice; core product pages should remain available.

You can avoid third-party map storage by not loading the map. If it has already been loaded, closing the page stops the embedded session, while cookies or storage already placed by Google may need to be removed through browser controls or managed through the relevant Google settings.

If GLIDIVO later adds a service that uses additional cookies or browser storage, this policy may be updated before or when that service is introduced. Where applicable law requires a choice before a non-essential technology is used, the website may also present an appropriate control.
